This 106,000 s.f./four-story historic renovation repurposed a building originally constructed by KA in 1923. KA remodeled the former office building into 75 rental apartment units, including eight studio, 43 one-bedroom, two two-bedroom plus den; 17 two-bedroom; and two live/work units. Project was delivered to fulfill requirements for designation to the National Register of Historic Places, and included conservation and restoration of exterior and original features including skylights, atrium, millwork and windows.
