Every craft performed by GEM Inc. and Rudolph Libbe was represented in the design/build project of Penn National Gamings Hollywood Casino located in Toledo, Ohio. Built on a remediated 44-acre brownfield site, the casino includes indoor gaming, restaurants, and live entertainment areas, along with a multi-level covered parking structure to accommodate 2,400 vehicles.

The Rudolph Libbe Groups ability to self-perform multiple construction services ensured the casino was built on a fast-track with a phased guaranteed maximum price to accommodate the design schedule. Energy efficient fixtures and special insulating features save five million kW in electricity.
