Food and feed additives manufacturer Jones-Hamilton needed a new sub-plant to significantly increase its production and capacity. As the design-build contractor, Rudolph Libbe Group delivered a multi-faceted second production facility located in Richburg, South Carolina. The new, state-of-the-art sub plant was built within the older facility while manufacturing operations were ongoing.
This project included:

• Fabrication and installation of a new sulfuric acid storage tank
• A pond for underground utility relocations
• A maintenance shop and 3,750 square-foot, pre-engineered rail shail facility
• Scrubber relocation
• 115-foot spray-congealing tower
• 139-foot bucket elevator
• Rail spur and loading dock additions
