This $23.9M YMCA of Everett project involved the new construction of a 57,900 SF recreation and aquatic center. The project features a natatorium, gymnasium, wellness areas, daycare, locker room, changing areas, and three pools. Additional site work included landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, sidewalks, and surface parking. The project was constructed to achieve LEED Silver certification due to some federal funding received.
