This project consisted of the construction of a state-of-the-art, 2-story Iron Horse Park Operations Control Center characterized by its innovative design and structural prowess. Featuring a steel-framed, braced structure with a full-story clerestory, the facility includes a durable exterior envelope comprising weathering steel rainscreens and curtain wall glazing. Inside, a meticulously executed concrete slab system and metal roof decks ensure structural integrity and longevity. The scope also included comprehensive site improvements, including grading, paving, and stormwater management systems, alongside the implementation of a new landscape and irrigation system. This project represents a harmonious blend of functionality and sustainability.
