The new casino and hotel project is a 510,000 SF resort development that includes a 140,000 SF casino with 2,000 slot machines, 24 table games, and 100,000 SF of back-of-house space. The development also includes a six-story, 200-room hotel. The hotel includes a 10,000 SF lobby lounge, 22,000 SF of food service, and a 15,000 SF of conference space. In addition, there are six food outlets, a pool and sports bar, and surface parking of approximately 1,400 spaces.
